Chat support staff dont help what so ever, they are just instructed to point you towards a tutorial. Annoying They do not know how to resolve issues and just end up telling you that its your fault, (maybe but that doesn't fix a single thing when i dont know what is wrong, THANKS!. My initial site worked great, but when I tried to host two other the connection between my domain names and hosting kept going on and off and is yet to be resolved. You guys charged me $11.95 for "managing my domain" even though i cancelled my subscription with you guys 3 seconds after i paid! This is a steal! $11.95 for nothing! There are sooooo many web hosting companies out there and i chose you just because you looked and sounded the friendliest but i was wrong. Within minutes of contact, I was on the phone with an admin. He helped identify the problem which was offshore login attacks probably initiated by a bot-net.
