I had an error during checkout, I was billed the incorrect amount. I did not receive an e-mail with account login or invoice. Customer support took hours to respond to my e-mail and all they said was to call in the morning. At the bottom of the e-mail theres a link to review my ticket but I can't because I have no login. Chat support staff dont help what so ever, they are just instructed to point you towards a tutorial. Annoying They do not know how to resolve issues and just end up telling you that its your fault, (maybe but that doesn't fix a single thing when i dont know what is wrong, THANKS!. You guys charged me $11.95 for "managing my domain" even though i cancelled my subscription with you guys 3 seconds after i paid! This is a steal! $11.95 for nothing! There are sooooo many web hosting companies out there and i chose you just because you looked and sounded the friendliest but i was wrong.
