I was starting a blog and following a step-by-step process from the web. Unfortunately, the AMP homepage had been updated since the web entry and I was stuck in my attempts to get any further.
I called your support staff (I am embarrassed to say I have forgotten his name) and he was great. He knew, exactly, what the problem was and talked me through the set-up.
He, also, sent me the URL of an article which helped me complete my task.
During our conversation he, quickly, realised that I am not the most computer-literate person on the planet and pitched his help at the appropriate level.
