In the past I've had great success with Webhostinghub's tech support. Unfortunately, this particular call was not the most pleasant one.
The support person seemed to rush the call. He pretty much refused/ignored to walk me through the process that I needed help with and kept on emailing me instructions. This was not my experience when I had called before. I, in fact, recommended WebHostingHub to many of my friends and clients because of the great service I had received previously.
The call ended abruptly and I am very certain that I was hung up on. The person I was speaking with clearly had better things to do than to help me. I was able to do what I needed to do. It was a very basic thing that I needed help with. All the more reason I am surprised that the tech support person wanted to rush me!
Anyway, I'm not impressed!
