I was double charged on the yearly renewal of my domain. It would have been nice to have had a notice of some kind prior to the automatic charge which was also double charged. I had to call and get the second charge reversed. The representative was very friendly and helpful. He could not answer all of my questions about possibly cancelling the service but referred me to another web site to fill out a cancellation notice which would then be reviewed for a follow up 3-5 days later.
