I had an error during checkout, I was billed the incorrect amount. I did not receive an e-mail with account login or invoice. Customer support took hours to respond to my e-mail and all they said was to call in the morning. At the bottom of the e-mail theres a link to review my ticket but I can't because I have no login.
Please hire some people that can actually help your customers.
