Chat support staff dont help what so ever, they are just instructed to point you towards a tutorial. Annoying

They do not know how to resolve issues and just end up telling you that its your fault, (maybe but that doesn't fix a single thing when i dont know what is wrong, THANKS!.

My initial site worked great, but when I tried to host two other the connection between my domain names and hosting kept going on and off and is yet to be resolved.

If this is for some hobby site go right ahead, but if you are wanting to run a business and reliability is key, i guess Media Temple is the only way to go.
