You guys charged me $11.95 for "managing my domain" even though i cancelled my subscription with you guys 3 seconds after i paid!
This is a steal!
$11.95 for nothing!
There are sooooo many web hosting companies out there and i chose you just because you looked and sounded the friendliest but i was wrong.
Instead, i got a customer service person which tells me that there is nothing that can be done regarding my refund.
Does these $11.95 really worth you guys the bad experience and bad reputation i got?
Needless to say that i will spread the word in any possible place regarding you and your service.
Please refund me my money! that's all i am asking!
