“Un-matchable Customer Service”

This was my second time to contact Customer Service and both time i got my answer while live chat. Perfect Answer ......... Problem Solved on spot no need to send emails or calling again and again. Just Great. Renewed my hosting for 3 years again wish they had more options like 5 years or even more......
