I needed to update the nameservers of two domains that had transferred in to webhostinguk but not changed in the whois record, thus they were still resolving to the old host. I tried to do this from my own control panel but for some reason I was prevented from doing so. It was then I decided to go for the "live help" option.
On clicking the live help button I was presented with the usual form asking for my name, email and phone number. After pressing OK I had to wait for less than a minute for Pearl to answer the call for help. Pearl was polite and asked how she could help.
I requested that the old nameservers be removed from both domains and the record updated with the new nameservers. Within two minutes both domains had been changed and I was ready to to go.
Pearl was always polite and very helpful and clearly knew exactly what she had to do to resolve the issue.
