My chatting with Shawn was indeed very very helpful and solved my problem of paying my outstanding bills. Shawn was very patient, nice and understanding to the multi-issues I have raised. She answered any question I have raised to took me through the required procedure step by step. I am satisfied and happy and she deserves a word of thanks.
