Today, one time again i saw what Webhosting team can do for us.
I was working on my webserver and after few minutes i was forcedly disconnected from my session.
This was strange and also I was not able to login into the server.
I opened a live chat with Pete which has checked and found that some one has logged into the server with my login details.
He has locked out instantly and helped us to change some configuration to have a better protection level.
One time again i have the opportunity to see that all webhosting techs are really well formed and ready to make their best efforts to help us.

In this case my personal thank goes to Pete which was fantastic, responsive and fast and solved the issue like a sniper.
