Whenever I have any technical questions or billing questions there is always someone ready to help on live chat. One of the reasons I stay with this company is because when I ask for help they never say they will log my query and pass it on to a different service level in the morning. It is always dealt with straight away.

On one occassion I had used my monthly bandwidth and because I run a commerical site I needed to increase my bandwidth immediately. I logged on to their live chat and within 2 minutes, with the help of Shawn, I had upgraded my monthly bandwidth to a level I couldn't dream of reaching for only an extra £2 odd per month and my site's graphics were back online within 20 seconds of paying the new invoice. Very, very satisfied customer. I have used a good few hosting companies throughout the years and this website is the best I have come across.
