We have been with webhosting for almost a year now. Everything has been a pleasure to deal with with them.

The initial sales work was most excellent. So professional about getting me the quotes needed and his follow up.

Set up was flawless. We had to tweak a few things, and it was very easy to submit a ticket and get the work done straight away. We have had several issues arise and always always always I'm able to get someone on chat to try and resolve the issue. IF it's something bigger than can be dealt with on chat, they just ask me to submit a ticket, and within a reasonable period of time, the item is resolved and I'm notified.

My experience has been that they are always willing to stick with me until I'm 100% satisfied. They do web hosting like it should be done. I'm sure we will be with them for years to come.
