Great Company - reliable, fast and helpful support, more important is the uptime and hardware which beats the opposition hands down.

The customer support is excellent... I would normally shy away from a pop up window and talking to staff in a chat box, but it really does work with these guys and they sort things there and then most of the time.

Thanks to Shawn and the other customer support chaps for their unswerving help and technical know-how. Just today, Shawn sorted out an ssl purchase nightmare scenario quickly and efficiently and impressed me big time. Top chap.
