Alfie K dealt with a hosting issue, promptly and effectively, uncovering the problem and resolving to my complete satisfaction. The issue was resolved outside of standard working hours which provides me with confidence in the service. Clearly I would prefer the service to have no downtime, but the matter was resolved, so thank you.
