This is the worst hosting provider i have ever been with. Shoddy service, website always down, their support staff are unqualified and rude. I asked for a database backup and my website went down for 3 days.
Honestly its beyond belief. Im so frustrated i stayed with these clowns.

Maybe you are just no qualified yourself to handle a hosting, a database backup is not that complicated. and being polite isn't that difficult either, I can tell I have had terrible hostings in the past 20 years and this one isn't one of them :-)
