Expensive prices for utterly insufficient resources; often had "failed to fork" and other memory allocation issues with basic tasks even with no servers running on both Village and Town packages.

Technical support was unpredictable; sometimes they responded immediately and at other times they were quiet. I was unable to retrieve my backup and had no correspondence for almost a full week. Decided to cancel my account despite having 2-3 months left. Not even worth having for free.
