Having been recommended Unthinkable from a professional site designer, I already had positive expectations for a reliable and efficient service - I got this... and more. Unthinkable Hosting have not let me down and have gone that extra mile to ensure that any demands have been met and the site is running smoothly. The customer service team have been extremely helpful and demonstrate to others how it should be done; easily accessible through phone and online support. Not only are my queries directly resolved but I have been offered countless recommendations to improve processes. This comes in a personable approach from Marc and the team, making me feel like a valued customer. This is only after 2 months of subscription and I can safely say there will be many more to come. Highly recommended!
