Service that belies the price

I spent a long time researching my choice of reseller hosting having had a previous bad experience.

My initial impression of Unlimited Web Hosting was that they seemed very cheap and therefore would probably not offer the level of service I required.

After continuing my search and checking online reviews, I decided tentatively to give them a try - I'm glad I did. Without wishing to tempt fate, since signing up seven months ago, I have not experienced any service outages, the performance of my websites, both flat HTML and Wordpress is excellent and the customer service is second to none.

I have been in touch with customer service on three ocasions to clarify hosting options and each time the response from the support operatives has been lightning fast, literally within minutes even when still working at 8pm on a Friday night!

All of this coupled with the fact that it is a truly unlimited service that is provided, I genuinely cannot recommend Unlimited Web Hosting highly enough and I'm sure I will remain a customer for a long time to come.
