As a hosting reseller (or user) you know things can go wrong... It's a fact of life. Or maybe you want to do something with your hosting and you don't know how. With Unlimited Web Hosting, you just raise a ticket and - usually within minutes - someone has come back to you with either a fix, an update or asking for more information. And one of the best things is that the reply has a name, it doesn't come from "Customer Support". It's these personal touches that make UWH the best I've ever dealt with, and I've used about 30 hosting companies since the early 1990s.
