First Impressions = Great!!

I needed a well priced, reliable, reasonable comprehensive web hosting package and came across Unlimited Web Hosting and went for their package with cPanel.
Immediately, I was impressed with the value for money.
Once I had selected my package and paid my first installment, I received the welcome email and then eagerly awaited the access details.
Being very impatient, I raised a support ticket to inquire about the ETA for the details, (I thought it would also be a good test of the support response times).
It was very easy to raise a ticket and within 10 minutes of raising it I received the technical details I was waiting for.
This was followed by an email from a member of the Support Team advising the details should now be with me... - Spot on!
I thanked the team member for their correspondence and received a very friendly acknowledgement. - No complaints so far!!
I have not yet got stuck in to the hosting / web design side of things, but have set up a handful of domain specific email addresses and I find cPanel to be very user friendly.
As a new customer, I'm very happy so far!
