I have been using this service from 2012 and I have found no reason to leave. In fact their service just keeps getting better and better. They have a good range of hosting services which I utilise regularly and on top of that their pricing is fair.

There customer support is the best I have come across in years and they do deliver. You won't find yourself waiting for 24-48hrs for a reply as they are very quick to respond and resolve an issues you may be experiencing. In fact I raised a ticket yesterday and they responded within 2 minutes! and resolved it very quickly.

You will find they offer the best in products and services and are always up to date with current versions. Their staff are professional and communicate well.

So if your considering a new hosting provider look no further as they are one of the best I have ever come across and the service offering are top ranking.
