Within a minute of my high priorty ticket, I had a response and soon after my enquiry was answered and request fulfilled.
I was surprised, not expecting a response for at least 12 hours, I am happy that they're able to provide support after 5PM (some support teams tend to clock off at this time).
I'm not sure I could fault anything. Fast, friendly responses with no worries toward my product.
