In life, every now and then something doesn't work the way it should, or the way you want it to. I am a beginner with website building, so when something doesn't appear to be working right I'm never quite sure where to find the answers. Yesterday I had a problem with my email account; I could log in but got a message basically telling me that there was something not quite right. I couldn't gain access to my webmail inbox (there was no problem reading or sending via MS Outlook) to read any mail in there, I could read sent, spam, drafts, and trash - but nothing in my inbox. This morning I sent of an query as to find out what the problem was, after a couple of emails to-and-fro the problem was sorted, in less than an hour the problem was sorted.
I have been with Unlimited Web Hosting for a couple of years now, I have always found that there service is superior, I left another hosting company for this one when I read reviews that they were cheaper, had unlimited storage, fast response to faults, kept customers updated with known issues likely to affect performance, and had a fast and efficient service desk that resolves an individuals queries.
