I am probably unlike the majority of UWH users as my IT knowledge could be described as 'low'. I run a one-man battlefield touring company and so I operate on as low a budget as I can. I even managed to design my own website but it took ages. I recently had to update the site and it didn't work. It is always with trepidation that I call for support in case the team I contact use technical jargon which I don't understand and have to call again for a translation. With the UWH support team this wasn't a problem and the speed of their response was remarkable. Their standard of customer service should become a model for other companies.
