After trying to fix a problem myself using the online help files I had to concede and raise a ticket. To my amazement, when I looked in my email inbox there was a response already, about 5 mins after raising ticket, very impressed. Within 4 email exchanges the fault had been fixed and I was a happy bunny. The lesson for me is, don't spend too much time trying to fix something before asking for help. My expectations were low as my experience with corporate IT support is not good as I never made it to the VIP list. Unlimited web hosting gave me VIP user support and the difference is amazing, very pleased and would recommend then to a friend without hesitation. A special thank you to the advisor for fixing my issue.
