We had some minor problem uploading changes to our site and the technical team responded so swiftly, almost before we had asked them for help. Eventually the issue was resolved but the main thing that struck us was the speed of the initial response. Very fast when theses days you expect to be waiting in a queue for hours. Pleasant manner too.
