It was 10.30pm and I broke one of my websites on the resellers package when updating it. Within 15 mins they had restored my site to how was at 3am. I have emailed them on several occasions now and they are always quick, helpful and friendly. I am in the process of moving my sites from web host.uk.net to unlimitedwebhosting and so far so good. the old hosting support is awful to say the least... but i'll leave that for another review.
