When I purchased hosting and a domain from Unlimited, frankly I was not sure what to expect with the low price of £2.75/month.

However, the hosting, domains, services and support are all perfect. The hosting was set up immediately with the plesk control panel. The control panel has options to set-up many applications instantly, such as Wordpress, MyBB forums, joomla and drupal. The domains are also setup instantly, and are very customizable, letting you change the DNS settings, as well as having subdomains such as forum.yourwebsite.com.

The cloud-based virtual servers work very well, and the website speed is very good. I have experienced no issues with uptime, and this is due to their backup plan of all integral machines have a duplicate.

The customer support is simply outstanding, they offer either ticket based support or email support, both of which they reply within 10 minutes! When they say that their customer support is 24 hours, they truly mean it, as I contacted them at 23:45 on a weekday, and they replied at 23:58. They swiftly followed up my request, and were helpful and informative in doing so.

These guys really deserve recognition for their excellent work, well done! I would recommend Unlimited Web Hosting to anyone who wants an outstanding service for an amazing price.
