I am not new to working with Hosting Companies - and have had good relations with several over the years. When I changed to Unlimited I did not quite know what to expect. Frankly it all sounded a bit to good to be true and I was expecting a downside. It's pricing is certainly competitive - so does that mean poor customer service? My other provider takes 24 hours to respond often with non technical staff - not here - replies are both prompt and concise. The service is fantastic, and reliable. That is not to say there hav'nt been setup issues, often of my own making - but each time resolved quickly and correctly. I really cannot recommend them highly enougth - they have a right to be proud of what they do, and what they provide. Excellent..
