I've been having some problems with my new VPS with Unlimited Web Hosting. But with their continuing help to solve my issues, we found out it was a confusion and a mix up (my fault) with my previous shared hosting and the VPS. But their continued and fast support is what has impressed me.

I also had another issue today, that was not being able to change my nameservers from my shared hosting to the VPS. I contacted support and they have sorted it for me incredibly quickly.

Since moving to Unlimited, they have always been able to respond to my questions and issues quickly and always get them resolved.

I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try. In the current commercial climate, it's nice to have positive experiences with customer support.
