I have been facing problems with unlimited gb all the time, at least once a month my site gets down and i am not able to login to cpanel.
When i try to contact their support team , no one comes on chat even after 1 hour of wait and when i closed that chat and tried to re-connect again by selecting sales department instead of support i got connected with in a second.
This shows at the time of sales they are quick and helpful but after taking money from you they hardly reply back. I have couple of screenshot's showing how bad their customer service is but it seems i cannot paste them here. If i will get a chance i will love to share my dashboard screenshot's showing how frequently i raise tickets for same common problem, as well as showing how long i need to wait for chat.
