This company gurantees 365 24x7 Service, but their employees have off on Diwali, not even some standy employees there at the office. I guess that makes it 364 Days. Could they upload that on the website? There was a simple problem of allowing access to the folders, which they took 5 days and their engineer could not understand what the heck was that. I have clearly written to them (using simple english) but they fail to understand!!! Unfortuanately these people can sale a product but cannot seem to provide service if you need any. So, unless you are a tech freak and can handle all your issues on your own, please do not buy this service.
