I have put up with this lot for a couple of years but will soon be moving to another solution because I am getting fed up with service levels and excuses. Response times are slow and the site often seems to be down. On one occasion I inadvertently deleted some emails and asked if they could be retrieved from back up. I was told this was not possible because their back ups had all previously failed. No apology, no explanation or even an indication that this would be fixed for the future.
