I took out a hosting package in January and started to build my website using their plesk builder. It took me a while to realise that there was an error in the system which caused everything to appear on every page. On reporting this error I was fobbed off by the online chat, then ignored for over a week once I'd opened a ticket. Numerous tickets later and still no response I asked for a refund of the "site builder" which was repaid. I decided to leave my domain with them and use them just for email. Then, the servers go down and I'm left without email for over a week. I try and try to connect them through chat and there is never anyone there. I have, as of today given up with them and emailed them for an Auth code so that I can go with another company. You get what you pay for, I guess. I could not in good conscious recommend these people.
