Email went down, realised this on Saturday morning. They have been putting random not very frequent messages about this but have still to fix it despite several false promises. Latest message says it's going to take 20 hours from now to do a restore! Why didn't they sort this out earlier. It's looking like I'm without email for yet another day. 4 days is too long! Beyond a joke. Not happy at all.

I am having the same issue, but its not limited to email, its websites, that I host and manage! Costing me a fortune, and all I'm getting is, please bear with us, thank you for your patients. this has cost me a weeks work, not just me but staff!

Same experience. Outlook and Filezilla settings no longer working either
