Apart from a glitch earlier this year where a server had total failure the support team have been exceptional. Although the glitch took a while to resolve I lost no data, was kept informed (albeit it all felt like an indeterminable time to resolve), given options for an interim and long term solution. If I had an issue it was dealt with to my total satisfaction.
Now I am with UK Cheapest/Microlite, I doubt that I would move my web sites again unless for a strategic reason. The support is fast and efficient. What more can one ask!?
