I purchased budget web hosting and a domain name for a community organisation. It was hardly a big outlay but I was worried about what support I might get if I needed it. I needn't have worried, support has been fantastic - better than I have received from web hosting companies I've had contact with through my work life where we have been paying them hundreds of pounds a month.

There are sometimes quick answers, but even where it takes a while to get an answer they understand the question and provide accurate support.
