Been using TI for years and they used to have a great reputation and featured in top 5 hosting companies once upon a time. NOW!!! Truly awful customer service, so disappointing. I see this has been attributed to the now owner iomart in other reviews, not sure if this is the case but something changed.

If you call and wait on the phone they are better and usually sort the issue there and then, but if you submit a ticket via the site, well you just never know when the reply will be, if ever. It will certainly be 24hrs! It feels like you are contacting 2 different companies depending on the route you choose. Still awaiting an email after a call which was supposed to be sent within half an hour - that was yesterday morning. (sigh).

Their site/CP offers very few options too.

They are retiring their old servers now but would never let them move one of my sites again. So many problems :(

To sum up, used be great, but sadly now they have been left behind. Shop around for an alternative. I use Heart now, at nearly 50% cheaper with a fab control panel!

So you think your service is as good as it used to be, even in light of the all the comments on this review site?

I see you guys have posted this sort of reply on many of the posts here but I can not see that these replies will actually change anything.

Sort the service out and watch the comments change!

i agree 100%

we paid (before the sale to myopia or whatever they're called) for 24/7 phone service

now i've been waiting more than 24 hours for a reply to an urgent support ticket, which i submitted after waiting on the phone for almost 30 minutes to get through to the numpties on the other end

the support ticket hasn't even been viewed yet, which will mean it won't be dealt with until after the weekend

in the meantime one of our sites will go offline because of Titan's lousy service. 0/10
