I have had frequent issues with this company. Each of my support tickets have taken days if not weeks to be resolved and in some cases even responded to.
Their SLA's state that in the event of an emergency failure the customer should call the emergency phone number. There isn't one. Nothing listed in their terms of service, nothing within their search facility and nothing via Google. Their mainline phone service gives no information either.
Non urgent issues will be responded to in 4 hours. That's rarely happened, if ever.
They used to be a great little company when they ran just from their Rayleigh offices. Since being taken over the support services are virtually non-exisitent.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
