Titan used to be ok, we have been with them for years. For about the past year or so our relationship has gone completely downhill.

Emails not working. Site down. The support service is terrible. We have had months of problems because their servers are blacklisted and/or have bad reputations because of spammers. The support staff try to deny any responsibility on Titan's part when there are problems....

Never use this hosting provider if you are selling on line as it will cause lost revenue. We were stupid enough to stay with them for months when we should have seen the warning signs.

Sorry to read your recent experience of Titan has been unsatisfactory.

Our technicians endeavour to derive the root cause of any issue and resolve as quickly as possible and we do apologise for any inconvenience these issues may cause.

We have also invested in new servers which will stop the problems of spammers and Blacklisting.

i have had similar bad experiences of late. there's no out-of-hours service and it takes them ages to respond to a support ticket. we lost money because of them, so we're leaving

Be careful when you do the transfer to another server - they ignored our switch requests (we planned it all to be done over the weekend) and then did the transfer first thing on a Monday morning causing chaos. Apparently the person that does 'the switch' wasn't in over the weekend. Absolutely unbelievable....

BTW - I've found UKFast amazing - a bit more expensive but service so far second to none..... (just make sure the 'switch flicker' at Titan is working when you plan to make the move LOL)
