Titan started as a very good company. For about two years before IOMART bought them out the technical service went downhill. Some engineers became arrogant and lazy while others remained loyal and responsive to customer needs. Mail servers are old and they don't keep up to date with modern security procedures. However it's mostly engineer attitude which is the cause for complaint. Some engineers have even been caught lying about technical faults and information, but for the most part failure of this company is due to a small group of highly skilled engineers who simply don't care about the service they sell.
