I've been with Titan for over 10 years. I recommended them to clients as well. They were never cheap but the quality of support was excellent and uptime and response times were also great.
Since their takeover by EasySpace service has been severely curtailed and I've had technical problems (which weren't of my making). The new ticketing system is abysmal and there is no weekend support.
Am now looking for another host.
