“Perfect transfer of my Zen Cart shop!”

TerraNetwork made a great 1st impression. Because my current hosting with another company was to slow and had more and more downtime, I was referred to them by a Zen Cart developer. TerraNetwork took care of the complete site transfer for me. Their support was very responsive and even in the evenings they replied almost immediately to my support ticket and questions. I have been designing for just over 10 years now, I have tried many hosting companies but after a hacking scare with a company we used I wanted to switch to UK based with UK support. I managed to find Terra Network, they are small in comparison to most other companies but what a well kept secret they are! I switched one of my clients to terra a year ago and they have been amazing. In terms of reliability I can only say that during this time there hasn't been a problem to speak of but in terms of support I have to say they are amazing - especially if you are migrating any shopping carts to them from other hosts! They always provide a timely response to any queries/problems and often go above and beyond to resolve the issue. I can't imagine going to any other host now for equivalent services.... (read more)

I'm a web designer and have used several hosting companies over the last 5 years. I found TerraNetworks about a year ago when looking for a suitable hosting company for some e-commerce sites.
