Hello

I'm sorry to hear how you feel. We provide a service for new businesses that reduces the cost for the first year to aid in getting new businesses up and running and allowing them time to generate financial income before the full service charge applies at the start of the second year. The contract is a 2 year contract and is clearly stated when signing up and in the terms and conditions.

I apologise that you feel misled but would like to confirm that we always honour our agreements and ensure customers are provided with all necessary information.

Well said and i agree.

They are pretty much an illegal company..
No complaints procedure or dept.
Directly contravenes the OFTs fair trading standards.
Aggressive and bullying tactics to get money which most are surprised they owe.
Staff talk over you and are Rude.

Dont put up with it and anyone who wants to join forces...
Complain to companies house about their association with this company.
Complain to OFT explaining that the terms and conditions are not explicit.
Write to watchdog.

I refuse to be robbed of my money and whilst their other packages are explicit, the one you get via the companies house is plain illegal and completely unethical. Thats without scottish people shouting at you down the phone and threatening with sending the heavy mob around.

AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE
