I host a website for a charity and they would not refund my hosting fee when my account lapsed. Despite not receiving any emails from the company warning me that the account was due to expire they proceeded to take my money. When I appealed to their goodwill I was met with a total lack of empathy. They would not refund my money even though I don't use their services and received no notification from them.
The streamline control panel does not allow you to cancel services online nor does it allow you to control your credit card information on the system. The cynical person in my thinks the system has been designed specifically to make it difficult to cancel services in an attempt to coin as much as possible from their customers.
