Nothing but trouble and poor service. When I failed to renew a domain name they sent legal letters. Now they deny that I own the websites that they host for me and refuse to give me access - despite the fact that the sites are still live and still contain my content. NEVER NEVER GO NEAR THEM is my advice.

Hello, we are in the same position. We no longer live in the UK either! May I ask how you will resolve this? We have just received another legal letter from demanding £225!??????
