I have been with them for over 2 years and I have never used their services.
Now I am trying to cancel my account but they won't let me unless I pay for their most expensive package. They said they can't downgrade/cancel my account unless I pay what they want me to. It seems I will have to pay £200 again but I have to immediately cut any ties with them.
They tell you to just pay and your deactivated account will be cancelled automatically. Do not trust them.
I wish there was 0 stars.
Reason why I did not want to use their service is because I have found a lot more up to date services for a lot less.
