I used streamline for one of my customers running a CubeCart shopping system. It was extremely slow, it kept going down. I must have been on to support every week to complain about something.
Because of this my customer stopped using my service as a web designer. I ended up having to give them 12-months free hosting with another company as compensation.
It has cost me dearly!
On top of this I've been stung by their auto renewal service. I cancelled the service on day of renewal at 7.53am. They then tell me I didn't give them 7-days notice and now I owe them over £100.
they have now issued me with a court warning letter if I do not pay. I keep telling them I cancelled the service on the day of renewal and I haven't used their hosting.
They store your credit card details online and try to take the money from your stored card details without authorisation.
This company should be investigated.
PLEASE PEOPLE STEER CLEAR!!
